I contacted Matt with a problem with my shower and he came over within a couple of days to look at the issue. He ran through some options for us (repairing the old shower/fitting a new one) and then came back to fit our new shower super quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the service. He's very contactable, friendly and resolved the problem! We've also used this company previously to plumb in our washer and our dryer to a new utility room - also very good service then! We can highly recommend Todd Plumbing and Heating; we had an issue with heating and water pipes that we had repeatedly tried to resolve with a few different plumbers. Matt Todd listened, understood the problem and worked out a great solution. Matt and his colleague were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional in arrangements, response time and outcomes.

We've used Todd plumbing and heating services a few times now having recently moved into a park home we firstly needed our boiler serviced, Matt gave us a quote over the phone that was very reasonable so we went ahead, the boiler at the time was very old like 30 years but Matt serviced it but also advised that it may not last too much longer and he was right as a couple of days ago it started hissing and leaking, so I messaged Matt & he got back to me first thing the next morning and rearranged his other jobs so his guys could come out that day to change our boiler to a new one , this to us is amazing service and we are very pleased.. we have also had Matt do our ensuite bathroom fitting a new toilet and Radiator and I'm sure we will have some more jobs we need doing that we would get Matt and his team to do for us . Very friendly and trustworthy company.

I was at my wits’ end trying to find a plumber to replace our broken shower - all “too busy” and /or didn’t fancy the job. Then I tried Todd’s - got back to me quickly, tolerant with my dithering as to what I wanted, and started the job as soon as I accepted their very reasonable estimate. It was all done in a couple of days, very pleasant blokes, and very tidy. A short while later the heating threw a wobbly, so I tried Todd’s again. Matt came within half an hour and stayed until it was sorted. Todd’s will now be my “go to” plumbers!

Matt came to repair the boiler that had stopped working, he worked hard in a confined space and was very thorough and explained what he was doing. Excellent job. 👍

Used Todd Plumbing for the first time after mixed experiences with other local plumbers. Matt was prompt, polite and efficiently replaced all of the internal parts in the faulty bathroom cistern. I would happily use Todd Plumbing again.
